About samambai

In short

samambai is an AI engineering, automation, and software studio based in São Paulo, working in English and Portuguese. Engagements run in two-week sprints, with public prices and a human review on every delivery.

samambai is an AI engineering, automation, and software studio. The base is São Paulo. Work is delivered in English and in Portuguese, for buyers in Brazil, the United States, Europe, and Israel. The studio does not buy media, and it does not promise a slot in an AI answer.

What the studio builds

Five lines of work. Each one ends in code or in a live workflow, not in a slide.

AI automations. n8n flows, and integrations with the stack a company already runs: CRM, WhatsApp, ERP, e-commerce, spreadsheets. The opening question is which repeated task leaves a person's hands, with a written rule for when the flow stops and a person takes over.

AI agents. Support, SDR, and scheduling on WhatsApp, plus analysis. The agent acts inside a written boundary. Outside that boundary, the conversation goes to a person.

Custom software. Apps, platforms, and internal tools. That includes taking an app built in Lovable into production: the prototype becomes a system with authentication, data, and a real operator. That service is Lovable to production.

AI consulting. Where a tool changes a business number, and where it only adds a screen. The output is a build order, not a trends map.

GEO. Putting a page in a state where ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI can cite it: in the index, answering the question with a price and a date, corroborated from outside, and still current. The service is GEO. What is not in that service is a magic file, a special schema type, or a promise of first place. The long version is on the blog.

Where the work happens

The company is in São Paulo, Brazil. Clients have already been served in São Paulo, New York, Madrid, and Tel Aviv. The time zone and the language change. The contract, the sprint, and the price in US dollars do not.

There is no street address on this page on purpose. Commercial contact is contato@samambai.com. The first call is 30 minutes and creates no commitment.

A buyer in New York comparing WhatsApp agents, a buyer in Madrid asking what a fixed-scope build costs, and a buyer in Tel Aviv checking whether a Lovable prototype can take paying users all get the same commercial shape: a written scope, a two-week rhythm, and a price that is on the site before the call.

How an engagement runs

Four steps, in this order: diagnosis, strategy, execution, evolution. Diagnosis is the actual bottleneck, not a model catalog. Strategy is the queue for the next cycle. Execution is code, a flow, or a page in production. Evolution is what gets measured after real users touch it, and what gets cut.

The cycle is a two-week sprint, with a delivery every cycle. Most automations go live in 2 to 4 weeks. A full project takes 4 to 8 weeks. "Live" means someone outside the studio is using the flow or the system, not an internal demo.

Prices are public, in US dollars, on pricing:

ShapePriceWhat is included
SprintUS$1,200 per two-week sprintOne focus per cycle. Cancel whenever you want.
Projectfrom US$3,000Scope, timeline, and price fixed up front. A delivery every sprint. Support after delivery.
Partnershipfrom US$900 per monthA continuous roadmap, priority, and a monthly check-in.

GEO for a specific site is quoted after the 30-minute call. It depends on what is already indexed and on what third-party corroboration is missing. There is no shelf price for "show up in ChatGPT."

The operation is AI-first in the concrete sense: the team is people plus AI agents inside the studio's own process. An agent helps build, helps test, and runs an independent audit of what was built. A human reviews it before anything reaches the client's accounts. An agent does not sign the delivery. A person does.

Work already in production

No client is named. The systems below are live, with a user who is not the studio.

A multi-tenant B2B SaaS for gyms started in Lovable, on a Supabase backend, and now runs in production with paying customers. WhatsApp agents are in production for a group of medical clinics (support and scheduling), for hospitality and B2B retail, for an adventure park, for a condominium administrator, and for a visa advisory. A self-hosted n8n server runs dozens of production flows, across support, integrations, and routines. Internal tools cover staff hours for an education institution, treasury for a financial group, and media investment for a consultancy.

These are the kinds of systems. They are not marketing metrics. samambai does not publish a client count, a message count, or a number of hours saved.

Each service line has its own page: n8n automation, WhatsApp AI agents, and Lovable to production.

What the studio does not do

It does not manage paid media. Ads on Google, Meta, or inside ChatGPT are not part of what samambai sells. If the problem is campaign budget, this is the wrong vendor.

It does not promise a position in an AI answer. A citation in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google's AI moves with the question, the day, and the model. The work that the engines' own docs describe can be done, and presence can be measured. First place cannot be sold.

It does not fabricate mentions, stand up a satellite-site network, or hide an instruction that tells an assistant to "remember" a brand. It does not ship an llms.txt file and call that a citation. The studio keeps its own file as an index for coding agents. The reason is in does llms.txt get you cited by ChatGPT?.

It does not ask for more access than the delivery needs. Client data stays in the client's accounts. Practice follows LGPD and GDPR. Client data is never used to train public models.

When not to hire

Do not hire the studio if the deadline is a few days for a result that depends on an index and on third parties. Do not hire if the ask is "guarantee that ChatGPT recommends us." Do not hire if what you need is ad management. Do not hire if you expect a large team seated full time inside your company. The shape is a sprint, a fixed-scope project, or a monthly partnership, not a body shop.

Hire if there is a repeated task with a rule, a system that has to leave the prototype, or a sales page that still does not state price and timeline and therefore has nothing solid for an AI to repeat.

Who signs

David Reichhardt is the founder and signs the work. He previously ran PowerAds, the marketing and automation operation that samambai grew out of. The professional history is on LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/david-reichhardt.

No other team names appear on this page. The people on a sprint show up in that project's conversation, not on a public org chart.

Client data, and data on this site

On a project, access is the minimum required to deliver. Credentials and databases stay in the client's accounts. The studio does not use that material to train public models.

The site samambai.com is a separate thing: a contact form, and visit measurement with no tracking cookie and no IP address. That is in the privacy policy, including the controller, the retention period, and how to ask for access or deletion.

Company facts

samambai is the trade name. The legal entity is 19.958.088 DAVID CREIMER REICHHARDT, CNPJ 19.958.088/0001-87, in São Paulo, Brazil. Email: contato@samambai.com.

The name

samambai, spelled with "ai" at the end, is not related to other brands with a similar name. If a directory, an article, or an AI answer mixes this studio up with another company, the check is the CNPJ above and the domain samambai.com.

Let us see if it makes sense to work together.
